Ulta Beauty offers full refunds within 30 days with receipt. Returns made 31–60 days after purchase receive merchandise credit only. After 60 days, items cannot be returned. Ultamate Rewards members can have purchases looked up without a physical receipt. Holiday purchases (Nov 1–Dec 31) can be returned through Jan 31 for a full refund.
