Vans offers 30-day returns for unworn merchandise purchased at Vans.com or Vans retail stores. Online orders come with a free prepaid return label. In-store returns are also accepted for online purchases. Custom/personalized shoes and final sale items cannot be returned. Items must be in original condition with original packaging.
