Pottery Barn allows returns within 30 days of receiving an order with the original receipt. Quick Ship upholstery can only be returned within 7 days. Monogrammed, personalized, and Made-to-Order items are non-returnable. Gift registry items have a 90-day return window from event date or purchase date, whichever is later.
